QDJ Pageant

The selection process seems to be unclear. I am in the fortunate position of having been offered a place but a lot of my friends have not; people whom I was sure would be accepted and some of whom took part in the practices we participated in.  It would be helpful to understand the selection process for all of us I think.

The narrowboats I understand (* means confirmed) have been invited to take part are:

Hazell Nut (Byfleet Boat Club) *
Leo No 2 (Byfleet Boat Club and Basingstoke Canal Boating Club) *
Doris Katia (St Pancras Cruising Club)
Galatea  (St Pancras Cruising Club)
Orlando (Thames Scouts Cruising Club) *
White Heather (Basingstoke Canal Boating Club) White Heather is a Marylebone Tug *
